Estarta has witnessed significant expansion in the last several years in terms of its headcount, range of services and geographies of operation. The company has grown to over 1000+ employees, with a sustained focus on continuing to offer employment and training opportunities to talented team members and especially fresh graduates. 2018 witnessed an increase in activity in our historical markets in Jordan, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, as well as the acceleration of our business in several Eastern and Western European markets. Notable in this regard was the launch of our activities in Krakow, Poland • Bucharest,Romania • Lisbon,Portugal and the opportunities we continue to pursue in a number of other markets.

The company has also expanded its range of activities and technologies covered, while maintaining its absolute commitment to delivering the highest levels of customer experience. While we have grown in experience and ability over the last three decades, our journey has only just begun.

Meet the Team

Chief Executive Officer

Mutaz Nabulsi

Dr. Nabulsi is the Chief Executive Officer of Estarta Solutions. He is a professional expert in the telecommunications and customer experience fields. Prior to joining Estarta, he was Director of the Customer Advocacy Division at Umniah. He also founded the Customer Management Group and has experience in market research for companies operating in the US and the MENA Region. Moreover, Dr. Nabulsi possesses twelve years of experience working in the United States at one of the leading telecommunication operator companies; “Sprint Nextel “as Director of Sales and Customer Services. Dr. Nabulsi joined Estarta in 2014, and since then, the company has witnessed a sizeable expansion in its local and global operations. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Political Sciences from the University of Missouri – Kansas City and served on its Board of Advisors. He has also been an advisor on the board of Mercedes Systems, as well as IEX Workforce Management Solutions.

Human Resources Director

Mohammad Shkakhwa

Mr. Shkakhwa is the Director of Human Resources and Administration. He possesses 18 years of experience in customer care, sales, development, and training. He was a Senior Operations Manager at Cisco TAC Business Unit and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

Finance Director

Fadi Sabbagh

Mr. Sabbagh is the Director of Finance and Procurement at Estarta Solutions. Prior to joining Estarta, he held the positions of Chief Accountant in HUAWEI Technologies, Chief Accountant of SITTCO and External Auditor for ERNST & YOUNG. Mr. Sabbagh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and has successfully earned CFC and CMA certificates.

PSS Group Manager

Ahmad Dalqamouni

Mr. Dalqamouni is a Professional Services and Solutions Group Manager at Estarta Solutions. He leads the software development unit, with more than 12 years of experience in software development. Mr. Dalqamouni holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, with qualifications in Financial and Banking Sciences.

Strategy VP

Said Siksik

Mr. Siksik is the Strategy VP of Estarta Solutions’ Technical Center. He is responsible for the operational and strategic Vice President planning and the execution of the Centers operations. Mr. Siksik commands more than 20 years of experience in both the technical and business management domains. He also works on the financial aspects of the business, overseeing the budget and cost management for Estarta’s Technical Center. Mr. Siksik holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications and Electrical Engineering.

Core Group Manager

Sharif Mohammad

Mr. Mohammad is the Core Group Manager of Estarta Solutions’ Technical Center. He leads the Core Team development plans to maximize expansion and to achieve optimal performance (KPIs). Mr. Mohammad is also responsible for the operational planning and execution of several teams. He commands more than 17 years of professional experience in customer services, operations, and hospitality and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems.

Security Group Manager

Laith Majali

Mr. Majali is the Security Group Manager at Estarta Solutions. He enjoys the extensive experience in the Telecommunications and Internet sectors, with a strong focus on customer service, user experience, and business development. He joined Estarta in 2014 and prior to that, was a Senior Customer Service Manager at Yahoo, supporting and managing the EMEA Region, while facilitating and supervising the workflow between Ireland and their offices in Amman. Mr. Majali holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Banking and follows a continuous path of professional development; thereby expanding the scope of team management, group work empowerment, building high-performance teams, project management, strategic management, and EQ.

Collaboration Group Manager

Ahmad Arab

Mr. Arab is the Collaboration Group Manager for Amman Technical Assistant Center (AMM-TAC) at Estarta Solutions. He is responsible for group operations and strategic planning. Before joining Estarta, he worked for more than nine years in the capacity of Supervisor at a leading telecommunication company. Mr. Arab brings multifaceted expertise in customer service, workforce management, and operations and holds a Master’s Degree in Management.

Shared Services Group Manager

Wasan Talhouni

Ms. Talhouni is the Group Manager for Premium Cisco Services at Estarta Solutions. She started her career at Estarta as a Customer Support Engineer in the wireless and technology team with five years of prior experience, where she was responsible for managing different programs and teams. She has recently been promoted to Group Manager of one of the most critical strategic units at Estarta. Ms. Talhouni holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering.

Shared Services Group Manager

Robert Cepak

Mr. Cepak is the Group Manager for Premium Cisco services at Estarta Solutions company. He is responsible for managing Estarta’s operations in Poland and is currently supporting Incident Management, Global Field Escalation Process and High Touch Operations Management services for Cisco. He was previously employed in the capacity of High Touch Operations Manager at Cisco Systems and an Incident Management for Sabre’s Travel Network in Poland. Mr. Cepak’s central focus is Estarta’s growth in Europe. His main principle is effective communication, which goes along with his MA in Journalism. He is also a holder of ITIL Expert certificate.
