Estarta Solutions implements EPM For Mashreq Bank

Developers at Mindscape IT, a division of leading Middle East financial services provider Mashreqbank, are responsible for creating cutting-edge banking applications. With up to 80 projects running concurrently, efficient project management is essential. However, manually intensive processes meant the company was unable to aggressively support projects in the way it wanted. As a business driven by innovation, the company decided to introduce new methods, supported by technology, to increase automation and manage projects more effectively. Working with Microsoft® Services and Microsoft Partner Estarta Solutions, Mindscape implemented a new solution based on Microsoft Office Project Server 2003. Within two months of implementation, all Mindscape projects used the new solution. Automated features have reduced the paperwork and freed up project managers for other work.
