As part of our services, we also partner with multinational IT companies to provide superior technical support services for their clients.
Cisco Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) is a technical Centre, which provides support to Cisco Systems’ international clientele concerning their diverse networking problems. TAC aims to troubleshoot any technical problem that customers face using their Cisco devices and networks, hence, guarantee the success of their businesses.

In 2004, Cisco TAC started with 10 engineers. In 2007, the number increased to 23 and to 60 engineers (doubled more than 100%) in March 2008. Cisco TAC currently plans to hire more engineers, and expand the area that the offices occupy inside Estarta Solutions’ premises.
On September 23rd, 2004, Mr. John Chambers, Cisco Systems’ CEO, inaugurated the first regional Cisco Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) based inside Estarta Solutions premises, Amman, Jordan.
Cisco TAC engineers are Estarta employees, outsourced to work for Cisco’s Jordan-based TACs.
Estarta’s TAC enjoys an excellent track record of results among the rest of the outsourced TACs worldwide.
