As an outcome of Cisco strategic Investment, in 2004, Cisco and Estarta launched a Technical Assistance Center (TAC) in Jordan. A synergic partnership utilizing and recruiting highly skilled professionals to provide global technical assistance services for Cisco products and technologies.
Today, Jordan TAC has 140+ members providing premium support to the world, while achieving high customer satisfaction levels, Jordan TAC grows by 30% a year. Aligned with our TAC services, Estarta provides the latest Cisco services and technologies to the world.
Cisco TAC is world-famous for delivering high-tier technical support to its large customer base using state of art technology and tools. Estarta TAC skilled network engineers are supporting Cisco technologies in USA, and European markets.

In March 2010, Estarta TAC has received the International Organization for Standardization’s ISO 9001 Certification for quality management, another strategic achievement which reflects our commitment towards providing world class service within all levels of our company.
