Experts from Microsoft, Estarta and Intrinsic Management Services presented their best practices in the field of EPM as well as their experiences in Microsoft solutions, such as Project Server and Project Portfolio Server, which enable collaborative work among work teams, and efficient project management inside large entities.
Presentation about Project Server and Project Portfolio Server were given by Eng. Shadi Set-Aboha, EPM Unit Manager at Estarta Solutions. Mr. Jad Hammoud, Business Productivity Solution Specialist, gave a keynote speech, titled “Driving Profitability in A Difficult Economy”, which talked about the role of Project and Portfolio management in an ever-challenging economy. Ms. Maha Sasa’, Senior Project Management Consultant from Intrinsic, presented the “Best Practices in Managing Winning Initiatives”, which discussed three main ideas: successful business models, organizational project management, and the importance of using technology to adopt the process since technology is the enabler of true progress and difference.
