Stimulated by recognizing the needs today’s businesses (including governmental entities and large firms and corporates) for rapid, effective and efficient data processing and manipulation, moving towards eliminating processes’ complexity and unnecessary human interventions, working to forge various businesses in customer-driven orientations and enabling multi-channels access of information, bearing all aforementioned mandates; Estarta's e-services dedicated department, employing more than 30 engineers, who are solely responsible for the implementation of enterprise-scale projects that mainly have twofold: Business Process Management (BPM) as well as e-Services Development.
Relying on continuous excellence and diverse set of technologies; e-Services Unit is employing best practices in the implementation of various modules and components such as: integrations components, BPM and automation components, user interface components and the applications core development components. All aforementioned components and many others are based on top-of-the-line data storages and databases components.
As a reap of our successful journey in implementing common BPM and e-Services Solutions across several projects taking place in the past years following alike blueprints of architectures, Estarta’s e-Services Unit has been able to build its own framework for reusable components and accelerators; aiming at simplifying and expediting the development phases of similar coming projects.
This unit takes the pride in its outstanding calibers: First; Technical Engineers whom are professionally experienced and certified in different technologies (including Microsoft .Net Framework technologies, Microsoft BizTalk Server, Microsoft SQL Server, ASP.Net, K2 and many others). Secondly and complementarily, Business Analysts whom are robustly trained in Business Analysis field, equipped with the necessary skills and competencies that enable them to easily understand the business requirements and quickly suggest potential improvements and enhancements.
We have a proven and satisfactory record of experience demonstrating both technical and business commands through setting the IT infrastructure and frameworks in several regional governmental programs such as; Jordan e-Government Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Saudi Arabia e-Government/YESSER Government Service Bus (GSB), Dubai and Abu Dhabi e-Government programs, Qatar e-Government program and many others. We in “e-Services Unit” are passionately glad for our contributions in paving the way for those aforementioned regional governments to shift into the “e-mode”.
