Estarta TAC Obtains ISO 9001 for Global Support Services

Aligning with Estarta’s goals and objectives toward commitment to quality and continual improvement, Estarta Technical Assistance Center (TAC) has received the International Organization for Standardization’s (ISO 9001) Certification for the quality management system.
In 2004, Estarta launched its TAC, which delivers high-tier technical support to its global customer base. Today, Estarta prides itself in constantly assuring a quality management system for its clients by using state of art technology and tools. The ISO certification is designed to ensure customer satisfaction with global services and certifies that Estarta TAC is applying formalized business processes.
