Our Management Team

Samir M. AbuNemeh - Acting Chief Executive Officer
Mr. AbuNemeh is the CFO and acting CEO for Estarta Solutions. Mr. AbuNemeh joined Estarta in 2002. He has extensive experience in the IT business in the region.

Prior to joining Estarta Mr. AbuNemeh worked for GBM – UAE for 6 years as Finance and Admin Manager. He was in charge of IBM’s largest distributer in the Middle East. He has also worked for SBM – Saudi Arabia for 13 years as Financial Services Manager.

Mr. AbuNemeh received his Masters Degree in Economics from Western Michigan University, and holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Statistics.

Yarob Awwad - Vice President - Professional Services and Solutions
Mr. Awwad joined Estarta in 1998 and was instrumental in guiding the development of technology solutions at the company.

With more than 15 years of experience in software design/development, enterprise architecture and project management, Mr. Awwad’s current responsibilities include overseeing projects and technology development as well as formulating strategies for the company.

Mr. Awwad holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Baghdad University.

Fadi Younis - Vice President - Cisco Business Unit
Mr. Younis is the Vice President of Estarta Solutions’ Cisco Business Unit which is comprised of the award winning Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC), Cisco Certified Learning Partner (CLP), and Advanced Services. Mr. Younis is responsible for the operational and strategic planning and execution of these businesses at Estarta Solutions.

Mr. Younis’ 18 year professional career includes 10 years of technical experience and 8 years of IT management experience working in the USA with the educational, healthcare and military sectors. Mr. Younis’ background includes technical training at universities, systems engineering and IT management of enterprise-scale projects utilizing state of the art technology and equipment aimed at inspiring innovation and improving productivity.

In addition to his professional career track, Mr. Younis has worked extensively with local communities by writing in local papers and holding non-profit seminars to promote internet safety and raise awareness through volunteer programs aimed at helping parents cope with the rising dangers of child abuse on the internet.

Mr. Younis holds a BSc in Information Technology from Sullivan University.

Wael Insair - Business Development Director - Levant, Africa, Kuwait and Oman
Mr. Insair is Estarta’s Director of Business Development, Marketing and Bid Management. He joined Estarta in 2004, and has gained over his career extensive experience in information and communications technology, software development, projects and program Management, in addition to ICT consultation and advisory.

With more than 18 years of experience in the ICT industry, Mr. Insair began his career in 19104 and has managed and delivered successfully numerous mega projects in Jordan and the region.

Mr. Insair holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Basrah.

Thamer Abu Ghaida - Country Sales Manager - UAE & Qatar
Mr. Abu Ghaida is responsible for Estarta's sales, marketing, strategy and business management in his territories.

Prior to joining Estarta in 2007, Mr. Abu Ghaida held numerous positions including Public Sector Sales Manager at Emitac, the largest HP system integrator and distributor in the region. He was responsible for the sales operation in the public sector in the UAE.

Mr. Abu Ghaida was also Senior Account Manager at Emirates Computers, the largest IT system integrator in the UAE (2000 – 2004). Prior to this, Mr. Abu Ghaida was the Country Sales Manager for SEDCO in the UAE.

Mr. Abu Ghaida holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Applied Sciences University.

Khalid Al-Shelleh - Regional Manager - KSA & Bahrain
Mr. Al-Shelleh is in charge of handling Estarta’s major regional enterprise accounts in his territories.

Mr. Al-Shelleh was previously KSA-Eastern Region and Bahrain Business Development Manager, then Sales Manager for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain for Estarta.

Throughout his career, Mr. Al-Shelleh has worked for multiple regional organizations, during which he was based in Saudi Arabia and Jordan, before he eventually joined Estarta Solutions, Saudi Arabia, in 2008.

Mr. Al-Shelleh holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Princess Sumaya University for Technology.
