As an outcome of Cisco’s strategic Investment, in 2004, Cisco launched with Estarta a Technical Assistance Center (TAC) in Jordan. The TAC represents a synergic partnership utilizing and recruiting highly skilled professionals to provide global technical assistance services for Cisco products and technologies. Today, Jordan TAC has more than 100 engineers providing premium support worldwide, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. In 2010, Jordan TAC received the International Organization for Standardization’s ISO 9001 Certification for quality management. Along with our TAC services, Estarta provides the latest Cisco services and technologies to the world. |

Foursan Group is a private equity specialist with a primary focus on the Middle East region. Foursan currently manages Foursan Capital Partners I, a multi-country, multi-sector private equity fund targeting investments in accelerated growth companies in the Levant and North Africa. Foursan also manages the Jordan Fund, a multi-sector private equity fund focused on Jordan which it launched with Deutsche Bank.
