In 2004 Cisco with Estarta Solutions launched a Technical Assistance Center (TAC) in Jordan. A synergic partnership utilizing and recruiting highly skilled professionals to provide technical assistance services for Cisco products and technologies for the globe. Jordan TAC started with 10 members and today it has more than 120 engineers providing premium support to the world, while scoring high customer satisfaction. Being among few other TACs in the world, Estarta is considered as one of the region’s leaders in providing such services globally.
